P.B.&J. power smoothie


After our smoothie detox a few months ago, I have been on a daily blending spree. No combination of fruit, veggies, and protein is out of reach. Try out a new favorite of mine (and my tastebud's!): 

This protein & antioxidant packed smoothie tastes just like the classic childhood treat, without the sugar, and crust of course, making it perfect for all ages!


Blend together:

2 tbsp plain greek yogurt
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp coconut oil
1 c  spinach
1 c coconut milk
1 c frozen berries  (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, etc)
drizzle of honey
